 Have you called  Autel Support in your country or geographic region with the unit's serial number and password? What did they tell you when you call them?

 What is your problem can you explain here............. If by any reason you have deleted all your software or, any other files and you still have your update subscription valid than just do a factory reset and re-install all the software's after you have done the factory reset first thing you make sure you have connected to a very good internet network and then start installing one software at a time also if your tool has SD Card slot make sure you insert the 32gb SD Card before installing any software........

Hi Ash,
The IM608 is nice in the sense that you do not need the external SD card. The tool
comes with 55 gigs of space. I'm up to date and have 30 gigs of free space left.
I do have a question for you however.
With the 908P, will a 32 gig SD card work? I thought that I read somewhere in the
forums that only the 16 gig card works in the 908P.

   I used a 32gb Sandisk ultra in my MS908P without any  issues. As far as space go issues and having to get an SD card to get BMW updates to fit , if it were mine and I was getting close to my update period expiring (2 weeks or so )where I decide I just don't want to chance doing anymore updates so close to expiration  , I think I would do a Factory Reset and just download everything with fresh install without the added SD memory installed. Down load one car make at a time Start off with the biggest car make files first downloading BMW first, Mercedes  Benz second , VW, GM and so on . Do all the USA , and Asian makes I know I will work on here.  Probably hold off on doing huge Renault and Peugeot download unless I still see plenty of room remaining . Might not bother with any Chinese makes I don't see here. Prefer everything I use be kept in one place on one Scan folder , and then create a final software backup to a new Sandisk 32gb USB thumb drive .

 Yes if you get a good quality 32gb Sandisk ultra10 it should work.
